The Ombudsman office of Armenia learned in a detailed way the publication of the Union of Informed Citizens social organization titled "RPA overuses the administrative resources in the schools and kindergartens" and 114  records of telephone talks with the directors of schools and  kindergartens, attached to the publication.

The press-service of Armenian Ombudsman, in particular, says: "The  worrying fact is that the publication refers to the directors of  schools and kindergartens- institutes of educational sphere. This  fact is more important in the conditions when the most important  democratic process (elections, etc.,) pass in Armenia, trust to them  has the main meaning. First of all it means that all these evidences  should be transparent, and the results-public. And, taking into  account that the issues refer to schools and kindergartens all the  rates should be based by the result. In this aspect is more  important, that the CEC opened administrative production. Ombudsman  Office of Armenia has already sent a request to CEC of Armenia on the  current occasion.  Obmudsman Office of Armenia observed the fact that  the working group of Armenian Prosecutor Office is already checking  the below mentioned evidences. The request will be sent to the  Prosecutor Office too, on the case of possible opening of criminal  producing operations. Within the empowerment of Ombudsman office of  Armenia the sequence will be shown aimed to provide the  implementation of mentioned events.  To note, the Union of Informed  Citizens Organization published audio records of 114 directors of  kindergartens and schools of the Republic with the members of the  organization, who, introduced themselves on the phone  the  representatives of the pre electoral headquarter RPA, found out that  the workers and the management of educational institutions agitate  for the Ruling Party, which is forbidden by the Electoral Code. At  that Armenian Ombudsman expressed his worry, stating the necessity of  relevant reaction from the Central Electoral Committee side and  Law-Enforcement Officials. Armenian National Congress- National Party  of Armenia Bloc came with analogical statement, which insisted on the  resignation of the Minister of Education Levon Mkrtchyan. The General  Prosecutor and CEC stated, that they learn the information published  by the Informed Citizen Organization. The analogical answer came from  the Ministry of Science and Education. "Now we prepare the statement,  I can not say anything in addition," the press-secretary of the  Ministry stated. The RPA stated in this case that the Electoral Code  does not forbid people to agitate after the working day is over.
