ArmInfo. ''After April events of last year our army sharply felt the negative influence of cyber equipments when it was necessary to respond  properly the aggression  shown increasingly by Azerbaijan," Arkadiy Ter-Tadevosyan(Commandos),  the  Chief of  All-Armenian 

Non-Governmental Organization DOSAAF of ARMENIA told ArmInfo's  reporter.  According to him in this respect the most  remarkable was  the fact of establishment of  educational- research  center on   experimental cyber systems with All-Armenian Governmental  Organization DOSAAF of ARMENIA, which will work under the management  of DOSSAAF of Armenia. 

Meanwhile,  during the talk with ArmInfo  reporter the head of the  center Sarkis Manukian reported that the main goal of the centre will  be teaching  students on  the principles and equipment of cyber  system of various directions with detailed analysis of the blocs and  compound parts of  studied  equipments, learning about Unnamed Aerial  Vehicles (AEV), land and aquatic automated means of moving. The  participants will also get involved in modern digital ways of contact  (radio stations, relay stations, high-speed computer equipments for  generation of 3G, 4G, LTE, channels of data transition and ruling  with equipments (systems of visual monitoring, guiding systems, WI-FI  modems of bench board and gathering operative information from  transducer, mine locators principles of work) in the basis of radio,  optic and infrared tracts. In particular, the students will study  channels of ruling of cyber equipments, means of "damping" radio  channel, and as a study, destruction of unnamed object of adversary.

As Manukyan pointed out,  there is a need to develop technical  literacy and skills among youth in Armenia for exploitation of  models. Exactly for that purpose the  practical trainings  will get  firmed by building fixed work examples. Studies will be done in  Armenian and Russian by using English in technical terminology in  order to prepare both the experts for joint Russian-Armenian grouping  of forces, and translators for technical literature.

As Manukyan noted, the centre is equipped  with military-sport  aerial, aquatic and land modeling of cyber systems, and  with the  cyber counteractions soon as well , programming of artificial  intellect. Special attention will be paid to unnamed aerial vehicles  within studying program both for non-military and military purpose.  Various types of machines will be studied ( petrol, electro, reactive  based), the principles of navigation work system- Russian GLONASS and  American  GPS, channels and systems of radio ruling.  High-qualified  experts are going to teach on fixed working examples, which have  already worked. The students will take part in the process of unnamed  aerial vehicle models, capable to implement the issues not only in  peace keeping aims.

Meanwhile, according to Commandos, the goal of the centre is going to  become implementation of youth to active studies of cyber systems and  work building, participation in the competitions, carrying  demonstrative actions and exhibitions. Centre is working on  popularization of model aircraft, involving citizens into work on  technical types of sport and carrying active leisure, organizes  competitions, demonstrative actions, exhibitions with implementation  aircraft models from Yerevan and from other regions of the country.  With the help of DOSAAF of ARMENIA it  is planned to organize  participation of sportsmen and teams in competitions of various  levels in radio ruling classes, to bring intercession to relevant  organizations on assumption of categories and ranks of sportsmen,  accomplished relevant requirements, also on assumption of judicial  categories. Is planned also to help all those who want to join the  studies of radio ruling of aerial models in choosing measures, to  organize the support on gaining skills on piloting control of models  and their further improvement. 

There are no age restrictions in the centre. Educative course will  last for 6 months. "We will  lodge a motion toward the Ministry of  Defense on preparing future recruits  in Armenian Armed Forces on  such specialties as counteraction to cyber systems of adversary,  technical service and exploitation of cyber equipments in Armenian  Armed Forces.
