ArmInfo.The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk made a statement on the humanitarian operation for the removal of the  bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers from the neutral zone, died during the  sabotage on 25 February, the OSCE press service told ArmInfo.

"At the request of the sides, the humanitarian operation for the  removal of the remains of the Azerbaijani troops from the mined  neutral zone was held on 27 February. We, together with my  assistants, mobilized all forces to assist the operation. The purpose  of our presence was to ensure strict observance of the ceasefire by  the sides, through the establishment of security guarantees, as well  as the implementation of previous agreements on carrying out this  activity. I would like to stress that my office provides field  assistants and military commanders in the field. With their support,  as well as with the mediation of the International Committee of the  Red Cross in the second half of the day the operation was completed  successfully", Kasprzyk's statement reads.

On February 27, NKR Defense Army reported that Azerbaijan took the  bodies of their soldiers from the neutral zone. "With the mediation  of the OSCE Chairman, as a result of further agreements reached on 27  February at 17:00pm by local time, the event on the removal of the  bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers from the neutral zone was held. The  event was held with the mediation of the International Committee of  the Red Cross and with the participation of the field assistants of  the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman. TO note, the  removal of the bodies took place on the basis of agreements reached  on 25 February and which were thwarted the day before", the NKR  statement reads.

Earlier, the NKR Defense Army reported that the process of the  removal of the bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers from the neutral zone  on February 26 did not take place because of Azerbaijan's fault,  which introduced additional conditions.

According to the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan, the bodies of Agshin  Abdullayev Ismail oglu Nazarov Shahlar Yashar oglu Gashimli Tural  Abdul oglu Gadimova Zulfi Rahim oglu Jafarov and Zakir Nazimoglu were  in the neutral zone.

To note, on Feb 25, at 3 am and 4 am, the armed forces of Azerbaijan   made an attempt to attack the southeastern (Martuni) and eastern   (Akna) sections of the line of contact with Artsakh troops, using   relevant special equipment for demining. The press office of the   Defense Army of Artsakh has told ArmInfo that due to the video   surveillance devices, the forward detachments of the Defense Army of   Artsakh fixed the adversary's actions in due time and made the   adversary retreat. The Azeri troops retreated, suffering losses.   Several bodies of the Azeri servicemen are in the neutral zone. The   Armenian side suffered no losses.
