ArmInfo. Ex-defense minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan promises radical changes to Armenian youth in case he wins the parliamentary elections.
In his video message posted on Fecabook, Ohanyan notes that his political team will do its best to enhance the role of vocational education, elaborate a grant policy to reimburse the tuition fess at universities, provide privileges to the participants of April war and other military actions, as well as to involve young specialists in the public administration system with due regard for their professional skills, not due to their relatives' interference or their political views.
Ohanyan promises to pay special attention to migration of youth zones from the borderline zones. He stresses the need to elaborate programs to create worthy living standards in borderline zones. The ex- minister emphasized the importance of involving Diaspora Armenians in domestic and foreign political processes.
"It is necessary to take consistent steps to enhance the attractiveness of military service. It is also necessary to guard the youth from political manipulations and to support the startup projects of young entrepreneurs," he stresses. The ex-minister pointed out the need to ensure social security of disabled servicemen and their families.
