ArmInfo.Vardan Aramyan, the Minister of Finance of Armenia, is perfectly  unfastidious in respect to the food. Even on Christmas night  there is no any course or viand he could not imagine the table without.

Vardan Aramyan, the head of the prime  financial entity of the country, is going to see in the New Year together with his family in Armenia. “ Despite Armenian love to dress up the Christmas table with different tasty dishes, for me the main things important things when celebrating  New Year and Christmas  are the environment, entourage and the mood –and  not the courses on the table,” he said. At the same time he confessed he is an all trades jack for his wife at the kitchen.

For the Minister of Finance the brightest memory of early childhood is the bicycle he got from his father. “For long  two years my  dad avoided buying    a bicycle for  me, and I  kept asking myself :“What is the reason he does not want to buy it?” By the way, father set two preconditions: to win the  Europe champ cup in my sports and to complete the semester with ultimate excellency. I obeyed both terms and got the Schoolboy-bicycle,” Aramyan recalls.

For the Minister, the perfect New Year he remembers was the year when his first child was born. “My daughter was born on December 5. My wife bought a Santa Claus dress for her, and it we all had a fun when we dressed her up with it,” the Minister shared.

From Santa Claus the Minister of Finance would ask peace for the people of Armenia. “It is my greatest dream to see Armenia as one of the mightiest countries in the World,” Aramyan said.
