The Azeri State Committee for Refugees has released a statement on the two Azeri detainees and one Azerbaijani killed in Kelbajar, Turan reports.

The Azeri State Committee for Work with Refugees and IDPs has issued a statement regarding the Azerbaijani saboteurs detained in the Armenian territory, APA reports. 

 Azerbaijan is trying to manipulate the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs by means of loud statements and threats, Stepan Safaryan, Head of the Armenian Institute for International and Security Affairs, has told ArmInfo when commenting on Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov's statement that if the OSCE Minsk Group does not contribute to the Karabakh peace process, it should step aside so that Yerevan and Baku could resolve it.       

 On 22 July, over the meeting of foreign ministers of the EU and Eastern Partnership countries in Brussels, Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian brought his Azerbaijani counterpart to heel.
