ArmInfo.  At 17:00, voter turnout in the early parliamentary elections in Armenia was 39.54%. This has just been reported to the Central Election Commission (CEC)  of the Republic of Armenia. By this time, 1,025,002 voters out of  2,592,481 who had the right to vote completed their civic duty.
