ArmInfo.The wording in the US State Department report on the Karabakh issue is not acceptable. The spokesman for Artsakh President David Babayan said this in an  interview with ArmInfo correspondent, commenting on the State  Department's report on human rights for 2019.

Press Secretary  of the Artsakh President David Babayan intends to open party, Babayan  wrote about this on his Facebook page.  Babayan, in particular,  noted: "The internal political life of our republic has entered a new  phase of dynamic development. Naturally, what is happening directly  concerns each and every one of us. Every patriot and a conscious  person should take part in the public and political life of our  country, thereby contributing contribution to the development,  strengthening and protection of our state ", the press secretary of  the NKR President stressed.

ArmInfo.Press Secretary of Artsakh President David Babayan again denied the statements of ex-Minister of Defense Samvel Babayan, in which he accuses the  Artsakh authorities of illegal actions, which prevent him from  initiating the process of constitutional reforms and running for  president of NKR in 2020.

ArmInfo.The authorities of  Soviet Azerbaijan carried out a policy of hydro-terrorism against the  population of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region, press secretary  of Artsakh President David Babayan said at the presentation of his  monograph "Hydropolitics of the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict".As  David Babayan noted, as a result of this policy, 80% of the water  resources of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region were concentrated  in the hands of Azerbaijanis, while the Armenian population was  deprived of the possibility of irrigation and the development of  agriculture.
