ArmInfo. Last week, pre-election campaign for presidential and parliamentary elections started in Artsakh. Candidates presented their approaches and programs, and also  held meetings with voters.

The adoption by the USHouse of Representatives of a resolution on the implementation of measures to reduce tensions in the Karabakh conflict zone should be  viewed as a moral and political achievement. A spokesman for Artsakh  President David Babayan expressed a similar opinion in an interview  with ArmInfo, commenting on the American draft resolution adopted on  Thursday July 11.

ArmInfo. Artsakh hopes to develop the transport system with the support of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.
