ArmInfo. On February 19, the UN issued a letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan to the Secretary General of the  Organization Antonio Guterres in connection with the systematic and  deliberate destruction by the Azerbaijani authorities of the Armenian  cultural heritage in the territories of Artsakh under Azerbaijani  occupation, which is a flagrant violation of international law.
