ArmInfo.The EU has its geopolitical agenda, Foreign Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) David Babayan stated at the presentation of the book  entitled "Karabakh conflict and foreign policy of Republic of  Artsakh" as he commented on today's statement by Toivo Klaar, EU  Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in  Georgia, who welcomed Azerbaijani President lham Aliyev's statement  at the Global Baku Forum.

ArmInfo. The fate of Artsakh is under threat. Head of the NKR Foreign Ministry David Babayan stated on June 20 at the presentation of the book "The Karabakh conflict and  the foreign policy of the Republic of Artsakh", referring to the  invasion of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces into the zone of  responsibility of Russian peacekeepers in Parukh.

ArmInfo.Artsakh can never be part of Azerbaijan, and the official Stepanakert has repeatedly spoken about this. This was announced on June 20 at the presentation  of the book "The Karabakh conflict and the foreign policy of the  Republic of Artsakh" by NKR Foreign Minister David Babayan.

ArmInfo.On May 23-25, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan paid a working visit to the Republic of South Ossetia to participate in the  inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President of the Republic,  Alan Gagloyev.

Within the framework of his working visit to South Ossetia, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan had a meeting in Tskhinval with Foreign Minister of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoyev, Foreign Minister of  the Donetsk People's Republic Nataliya Nikonorova and Foreign  Minister of the Luhansk People's Republic Vladislav Deynego.

ArmInfo.The Republic of Artsakh's (Nagorno Karabakh) security, socio-economic growth, and youth empowerment were at the center of the Armenian National  Committee of America's (ANCA) recent working visit to Artsakh, during  which three professional staff consulted closely with government  officials, humanitarian groups, and civil society leaders regarding  the ANCA's array of pro-Artsakh advocacy initiatives.

The people of Artsakh are ready to establish good neighborly relations with Azerbaijan, but they will never agree to be under Azerbaijani jurisdiction as slaves, and even more so to turn into a concentration camp. Artsakh Foreign  Minister David Babayan stated this in an interview with ArmInfo in  response to today's statement by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev  that he considers the inhabitants of Nagorno-Karabakh to be citizens  of Azerbaijan.

ArmInfo.The present international relations can be described as an era of "barefaced  geopolitics" - geopolitics without "makeup" of such ingredients as  human rights, democracy, civil society and so on, Artsakh Foreign  Minister David Babayan believes.    

ArmInfo. On April 26, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan met with heads of parliamentary factions in the National Assembly of the  Republic of Artsakh., the press service of the Artsak mfa reports.

ArmInfo. No one better than the Russian peacekeepers will be able to fulfill these obligations in Nagorno-Karabakh. Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan stated this  during a press conference on Facebook on the air of RFE/RL's Armenian  Service.

ArmInfo. The situation is such that especially the current realities do not allow Artsakh to get involved in various kinds of speculation or fall under the influence  of certain forces. It is necessary to act solely from our own  national interests. Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan stated  this during a press conference on Facebook on the air of RFE/RL's  Armenian Service when asked what kind of policy the Armenian side  should pursue today, pro-Russian, pro-Western or Russophobic.

ArmInfo. Artsakh has never been and never will be a part of Azerbaijan, and any discussions on this issue are unacceptable for the people of Artsakh. NA Speaker Artur  Tovmasyan announced this on April 14 at an extraordinary session of  the Artsakh Parliament.

ArmInfo.Artsakh does not yet see any prerequisites for establishing peaceful relations with Azerbaijan, Foreign Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR)  David Babayan told ArmInfo as he stated official Stepanakert's  position on the Armenian authorities' readiness to sign a peace  treaty with Azerbaijan. 

ArmInfo.No one can guarantee that there will be no new war in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. This cannot be guaranteed. Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan  stated this on January 19 during a press conference in Stepanakert  when asked to assess the threats of Azerbaijani President Ilham  Aliyev to unleash a third war. But, the chief diplomat of Artsakh  continued, there is a possibility of a war, but in this context, it  is very small.

ArmInfo.The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs have not made visits to Artsakh for quite a long time. Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan stated this on January  19 during a press conference in Stepanakert.
