The event featured prominent Armenian and Kazakh political scientists, economists, and diplomats and was organized by the Armenian 
Association of Political Scientists and the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Armenia.

Արմինֆո. Armenia does not aim to mislead anyone and this is obvious to all international partners. On the contrary, the Republic of Armenia offers specific mechanisms to Baku and is ready to discuss them. This was stated by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan, on February 11, responding to the statement of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry that <the 
assertions reflected in the article published the day before by the 
Armenian Prime Minister that Azerbaijan is preparing to attack 
Armenia, statements about the goals of the Western Azerbaijan 
Community, as well as many other unfounded statements are aimed at 
distorting reality and misleading the world community>.
