ArmInfo. Today, at the residence of the court of general jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan, under chairmanship of Judge Vahe Misakyan, a court session is being held on  the case of  third president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and  owner of  the "Flash" company Barsegh Beglaryan.

ArmInfo.In my opinion, Armenia and Nikol Pashinyan personally, following the results of the early parliamentary elections, may well expect a repetition of the scenario  he implemented in the spring of 2018 with respect to the then Prime  Minister Serzh Sargsyan. A similar opinion was expressed to ArmInfo  by the head of the Department of Eurasian Integration and Development  of the SCO of the Institute of CIS Countries Vladimir Evseev.

ArmInfo.At least in the first months of the work of the parliament of the 8th convocation, the main place on its agenda will be occupied by mutual accusations of Nikol Pashinyan, Robert Kocharian and Serzh Sargsyan.  Ambassador  Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, former head of the NKR Foreign  Ministry Arman Melikyan, expressed a similar opinion to ArmInfo.

ArmInfo.At the initiative of the Russian side the telephone talk between Speaker of the RF FA State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and Speaker of the RA National Assembly  Ararat Mirzoyan was held. 

ArmInfo.On Sunday, the CEC summed up the official results of the early parliamentary elections in Armenia. Nikol Pashinyan's "Civil Contract" party gained 53.91%,  Robert Kocharian's "Hayastan" bloc - 21.04% of the vote. The third  force in parliament was the "I Have Honor" bloc with 5.23% of the  vote. Of the registered 2 million 595,512 voters, 49.39% of voters  voted. Thus, the "Civil Contract" party will be represented in the  parliament of the 8th convocation by the 71 seats, the "Armenia" and  "I Have Honor" blocs with 29 and 7 seats, respectively.

ArmInfo. The third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, acknowledged the victory of the incumbent RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the recent early elections, but  with a reservation.

ArmInfo. In general, the victory of Nikol Pashinyan's party in the early elections in Armenia is natural, expected and therefore predictable.

ArmInfo.The preliminary results of voting at the early parliamentary elections in Armenia  show that the political forces with which Russia has established  contacts, including on the settlement of the conflict in  Nagorno-Karabakh, won. Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina  Matviyenko stated at a press conference following the spring  parliamentary session.

The entire law enforcement system, especially during the last days of the campaign, was apparently instructed to use brute force against the "I Have Honor"  bloc (the alliance of the RPA and Motherland -ed. note), said the  third President of Armenia, leader of the Republican Party of Armenia  Serzh Sargsyan on June 20 after voting at the 29/45 polling station  in Dzoraghbyur.

ArmInfo.Third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, accused the current authorities of Armenia of hiding the real data on the casualties and missing persons during  the last 44-day war in the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine CJSC intends to apply to the law  enforcement agencies of Armenia in connection with the statements  made by the acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia,  candidate for prime minister from the "Civil Contract" party Nikol  Pashinyan against the company and defend their rights in national and  international instances.  

ArmInfo.Narek Sargsyan, the nephew of the third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, was imprisoned for illegal drug trafficking and possession of weapons.

In an interview with  RFE/RL's Armenian Service, answering the relevant question, he noted  that a lot of time has passed since this information was  disseminated, but there was no opportunity to touch upon this issue.

This point of view was expressed by the  adviser to the President of Armenia, political scientist Tevan Poghosyan.  At the same time, he stated that the word security has become very fashionable, but its meaning, perception and implementation are absent.

ArmInfo. Credit of trust to acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's "Civil Contract" party is  gradually decreasing. This is evidenced by the results of a survey by  the MPG (Marketing Professional Group) consulting company, which  represents the Gallup International Association in Armenia.

ArmInfo. The UN recognizes all post-Soviet countries within the boundaries in which they were part of the Soviet Union. This was stated on June 10 at a press conference  in Yerevan by first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan,  answering the question of how acceptable the recognition of the  Soviet borders is for Armenia and what it is fraught with, including  for the future of Artsakh.

Rat race, camp change. This is how the first president of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, commented on the transition of such prominent supporters of the  Armenian National Congress as Vladimir Karapetyan and Gagik  Jhangiryan to the camp of the current authorities.  It should be  reminded that in the spring of this year, the former military  prosecutor of Armenia Gagik Jhangiryan was elected a member of the  Supreme Judicial Council at the suggestion of the authorities. And  Vladimir Karapetyan weeks earlier headed the Armenian diplomatic  mission in Ukraine.

ArmInfo.The record about Nikol Pashinyan, made public by third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, testifies to the fact that by 2018 Armenian diplomacy had driven  Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev "into a corner" on the issue of  the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.  Military expert, coordinator of the  Razm.info analytical portal Karen Vrtanesyan shares this opinion.

ArmInfo.Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan criticized the political forces speculating on the issue of prisoners of war during the election campaign.  Thus,  Tatoyan's statement indicates the inadmissibility of speculation  during the election campaign on the return of Armenian prisoners  illegally detained in Azerbaijan, especially talking about their  exchange with other people and expressing readiness for exchange.
