ArmInfo.The hearing scheduled for today, March 26, in the case of third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, has not taken place. The meeting was canceled due to a  motion submitted earlier by the defense side to postpone the hearing  in connection with the epidemic situation in the Republic of Armenia.

ArmInfo. Statements of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the state of our Armed forces before the change of power were taken from the air. I have to refute  them and characterize them as manipulative and pursuing specific  political goals. A similar opinion was expressed by ArmInfo, member  of the political council of the Republican Party of Armenia,  ex-deputy defense minister of Armenia Artak Zakaryan.

ArmInfo.RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan once again called on former Presidents of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan, as well as former ministers Gagik  Khachatryan, Gagik Beglaryan and Aram Harutyunyan to voluntarily  return the stolen property. The Prime Minister made his statement on  March 11 in Tatev, during the "YES" campaign on the constitutional  referendum scheduled for April 5.

ArmInfo. Steps are currently being taken to make all the provisions of the Constitution a reality and the upcoming referendum is aimed at that.On March 10, Prime  Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated this  during a campaign rally in Meghri, Syunik region of Armenia.

ArmInfo. The European voyage of Serzh Sargsyan and its main content is another argument in favor of "Yes" to the amendments to the Constitution. A similar opinion was  expressed by ArmInfo, the head of the Center for Globalization and  Regional Cooperation Stepan Grigoryan.

ArmInfo. Head of the Republican Party of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, received permission from the judiciary to leave the country. Sisak Gabrielyan, the MP from the My Step faction, said this on March 9 during a briefing in parliament.

ArmInfo. The court, in the proceedings of which there is a "diesel case" on which Serzh Sargsyan is charged, should share the sources of its confidence in latter's  return.  Chairman of the Public Council of Armenia Stepan Safaryan  expressed a similar opinion to ArmInfo.

ArmInfo.The third president of Armenia paid a working visit to Brussels the day before. As the Republican Party press service told ArmInfo, its leader received  permission to leave the country in the manner prescribed by law.

ArmInfo. In the upcoming presidential election, Robert Kocharyan, Serzh Sargsyan, Arkady Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan will do everything to turn Artsakh at the  heart of revanchism. Leader of  the United Armenia party of Artsakh,  candidate for presidency of Artsakh Vahan Badasyan expressed a  similar opinion to ArmInfo.

ArmInfo. The court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan, chaired by Judge Vahe Misakyan, rejected the motion of third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan's lawyers for  recusal of prosecutor Arsen Martirosyan in this case.

ArmInfo.The rally, which will be held on March 1, is in no way connected with our campaign. This was announced at a press conference by the Minister of Territorial  Administration and Infrastructures, head of the "Yes" headquarters  Suren Papikyan.

ArmInfo. Serzh Sargsyan's attempt to link the "diesel business" with Artsakh's security is at least bewildering. And, in my opinion, it testifies that this person  continues to remain out of touch with reality today. Member of the  Armenian parliament from the "My Step" faction Sisak Gabrielyan  expressed a similar opinion to ArmInfo.

ArmInfo. Lawyer of the third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan Ruben Hakobyan submitted a motion for recusal of prosecutor Arsen Martirosyan.

ArmInfo. As a result of the events of 1 and 2 March , restrictions were introduced only in  relation to Yerevan. Second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, accused of overthrowing the constitutional order, stated this at a court hearing on February 25.

ArmInfo. The participation of the people in the upcoming referendum on amendments to the Constitution is very important. So, if earlier our citizens determined their non-participation in the electoral processes by the inevitable falsification of their results, today the people and nobody else will decide the fate of the Constitutional. A similar  opinion was expressed by ArmInfo, the leader of the Republic party Aram Sargsyan.
