ArmInfo.In my opinion, the Karabakh problem could have two solutions: one - final, and one, so to speak, half-hearted. This opinion was expressed by the third  President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan in an interview to "ArmNews" TV  channel.

ArmInfo.The current Prime Minister of Armenia, during his three years in power, that is, being the main negotiator, did not understand the essence of the  negotiation process to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

A telephone conversation took place between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.  As reported  by Azeri Foreign Ministry, the ministers exchanged views on the  latest situation in the region, including on the implementation of  the statements signed by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and  Armenia on November 10, 2020 and January 11, 2021.

However, the  issuance of such stamps suggests that in fact fascism is flourishing  in Azerbaijan. As far as I know, such stamps were issued only in Nazi  Germany. This fact in itself says a lot, "Pashinyan noted.  In his  words, the Armenian government and parliament are obliged to deal  with this issue. "We must demonstrate these stamps to our  international partners and declare such a shameful incident," the  Prime Minister stressed.
