ArmInfo. In the context of regional processes, Russian Foreign Minister and US Secretary of State Sergei Lavrov and Antony Blinken discussed the conflict between  Yerevan and Baku. Spokesperson Ned Price announced this following the  talks between the heads of foreign policy issues.

ArmInfo.Twenty-seven years ago, on May 12, 1992, a trilateral, termless  agreement on a complete ceasefire and cessation of hostilities signed between the Nagorno  Karabakh Republic (Republic of Artsakh), Azerbaijan and Armenia  entered into force.
