ArmInfo. In the next few  hours, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian will announce his decision  on the case of Onik Gasparyan, Chief of the General Staff of the  Armed Forces of the country. On March 3, Artur Vanetsyan, the former  head of the National Security Service, leader of the Rodina party, a  member of the Movement to Save the Motherland, told reporters about  this.

ArmInfo. Obviously, the army must  be torn away from the circle of conspirators. The armed forces must  be kept within the framework of the Constitution and laws, completely  excluding even the prospect of involving the army in politics. ArmInfo. The second president of Armenia Robert Kocharian called on the Armenian people to support the Armenian Armed Forces and side with the army.  "Dear  compatriots! At this decisive moment, we call on you to become the  master of our state, to support our Armed Forces, the Armenian army.

ArmInfo.The statement by the generals of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces is not an attempt at a military coup. The leader of the opposition party  "Enlightened Armenia" and the faction of the same name in the  Armenian parliament Edmon Marukyan wrote about this on February 25 on  his Facebook page.

The RA Defense Ministry announced this today.

ArmInfo. The General Prosecutor's Office reports that the investigation did not confirm  the statement of the former head of the General Staff of the Armenian  Armed Forces Movses Hakobyan that on the third day of the war in  Artsakh, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stopped mobilization.
