ArmInfo. At a meeting with the  Governor of the Syunik region, Robert Ghukasyan, the Ambassador of  the Netherlands to Armenia, Marieke Harriet Monroy-Winter, reaffirmed  her willingness to discuss potential proposals with the Armenian side  to support new programs in Syunik.

ArmInfo. The South Caucasus region stands at the threshold of an historic transformation: an era of peace that has eluded war-torn region for decades. ArmInfo. Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan has urged servicemen of the Artsakh Defense Army, who were denied compensation by the Armenian Defense Ministry for unused  vacations and weekend service to seek resolution through the court  syatem. Yeritsyan posted this on his Facebook page, emphasizing the  rights of Artsakh Defense Army servicemen. Yeritsyan recommended that  individuals encountering difficulties in hiring a lawyer to address  this matter to contact the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia with a  request for free legal assistance. 

ArmInfo. Members of Congress will join with Armenian Americans and allies from across the United States in demanding accountability for Turkey and Azerbaijan's crimes  in 1915 and 2023 at the April 2nd Capitol Hill remembrance of the  Armenian Genocide and Artsakh Genocide.

ArmInfo. Baku is looking for pretexts to attack Armenians again, says Jean-Christophe Buisson, Deputy director of the authoritative French magazine Le Figaro.   "This is the 13th time in just a few days that Azerbaijan has claimed  that  Armenian  Forces opened fire on its positions. A lie, of  course. As in 2020, Baku is looking for pretexts to attack Armenians  again, claiming they do not want peace," the journalist wrote in his  Twitter microblog (X).

ArmInfo. In 10 penitentiary  institutions (PI) in Armenia, there has been an increase in  self-mutilation cases among prisoners, as noted in a message received  by ArmInfo from the press service of the "Public Journalism Club"  NGO. According to official data, in 2024, 205 prisoners harmed  themselves, a significant increase from the 155 cases reported in  2023.

Chairman of the RA National Assembly Committee on Healthcare Arsen Torosyan told journalists on March 19, while commenting on the accusations that Azerbaijan has been making against Armenia for violating the ceasefire for four days now.
