ArmInfo.The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Armenia has denied Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan claims that 80% of traffic accidents on the first day of snowfall in Yerevan on February 20 occurred because drivers were  using summer tires.  The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia reported that from February 20 to 24 until 8 am, 482 traffic accidents were recorded in Yerevan.

This was stated by the leader of the Mother  Armenia opposition faction in the Yerevan Council of Elders Andranik  Tevanyan, responding to Decottignies' statements that Armenia has  recognized the NKR as part of Azerbaijan since the Alma-Ata  Declaration.

The text of the new Constitution should be ready by the 2026 elections, as stated by   Minister of Justice of Armenia Srbuhi Galyan to journalists.  She noted that last year they worked on the concept of the new Constitution, and now work is underway to create the text. After that, a decision will be made, according to the minister, on holding a referendum.  Galyan did not rule out that the referendum will most  likely take place after the elections.
