The Office of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, who heads the Armenian commission for  delimiting the border with Azerbaijan, told the RFE/RL's Armenian Service that Azerbaijan refuses to accept that it keeps the territory of 31 non-enclave settlements of Armenia under occupation, actually confirming that Baku demands the "return" of 4 villages, not wanting to leave the Armenian territories.

The dismantling work planned for tomorrow on Lvovyan Street will not be carried out.  Vice-Mayor of Yerevan Armen Pambukchyan announced  on his Facebook page, referring to the results of a meeting with residents of this street, whose houses the city authorities intend to demolish. The territory on which the houses were built, according to the statement of the capital's mayor's office, is public property.
