ArmInfo. Saida Huseinova, mother of Azerbaijani raider Elnur Husseinzade, who was captured on February 1, refuted the statement by Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry,  according to which her son did not serve in the Armed Forces of  Azerbaijan. 

ArmInfo.Russian-Israeli blog writer Alexander Lapshin is unlikely to escape death in Azerbaijan, Spokesperson of NKR President David Babayan stated in a talk to  ArmInfo's correspondent, commenting on the Belarusian General  Prosecutor's Office decision to extradite blog writer Lapshin to  Baku. "Lapshin's extradition to Azerbaijan should not be allowed  under any circumstances, he will be tortured to death there". Babayan  thinks that one should not accept such a decision of official Minsk.  Moreover, one should not also hope for revision of the decision as in  Babayan's opinion it was "ordered".

By stating that after Armenian troops are withdrawn, the ceasefire will not be  violated and there will be no need to introduce any investigative mechanisms, Baku actually indirectly confirms the fact that it is Azerbaijan that violates the ceasefire and refuses to implement  investigative mechanisms, Nagorno-Karabakh President's Spokesman David Babayan has told ArmInfo, when commenting on Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev's statement.

ArmInfo. Ankara and Baku indulge in wishful thinking when it comes to Karabakh peace process, David Babayan, Spokesperson for Nagorno Karabakh President, told ArmInfo, on October 13.  Babayan commented on the statement by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu saying that allegedly Armenian troops' withdrawal from "the occupied Azerbaijani territories especially from the five districts" has lately been on the agenda and Russia allegedly insist on that.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is willing to cooperate with the UN in  every possible way, NKR President's Spokesperson David Babayan has  told ArmInfo's correspondent, when responding to the criticism of the  UN High Commissioner for Human Rights regarding the lack of  opportunity to visit the Karabakh conflict zone starting from April  2016.  

ArmInfo. A status cannot guarantee the security of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, NKR President's Spokesperson David Babayan told ArmInfo when commenting on the latest statement by OSCE MG U.S. Co-Chair James Warlick saying the Karabakh conflict's settlement implies the return of part of the territories around Artsakh in exchange for its status.
