ArmInfo.Unfortunately, the entire law enforcement system in Armenia for many years did not serve  the state in a broad sense, nor the citizens, but were turned into bodyguards - especially the police. This was stated by the leader of the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan on June 3 in the courtyard of Church of St. Anne, summing up the day with his supporters.

ArmInfo. Clashes between law enforcement officers and activists took place near the Ministry of  Foreign Affairs, where the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement held  a protest for several hours in a row. Additional forces have been  deployed near the Ministry, including special forces. As a result,  about 16 people were detained.

ArmInfo. The main negative impact on the military-political situation in the regions of  collective security of the CSTO countries is the destructive activity  of the United States and its allies, said Russian Defense Minister  Andrei Belousov.

Leading national organizations representing Hellenic, Armenian, and Christian Americans today called upon Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) of the U.S.  House Foreign Affairs Committee to allow his panel to consider two pending bipartisan bills - H.R.7288, the Armenian Protection Act, and H.R.8141, the Azerbaijan Sanctions Review Act, reported the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), the Hellenic American  Leadership Council (HALC), and In Defense of Christians (IDC).
