Aram Vardevanyan, deputy speaker of the RA National Assembly representing the opposition faction “Strong Armenia,” addressed this question to Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ararat Mirzoyan, responding to the head of the ministry’s remarks about achieving peace.
