Zaruhi Postanjyan: April war was a result of Serzh Sargsyan's inactivity and a criminal plot he was involved in

Zaruhi Postanjyan, the head of the Heritage Party faction in the Parliament of Armenia, slams Serzh Sargsyan for the April war in Karabakh saying it was a result of Serzh Sargsyan's inactivity and a criminal plot he was involved in.  

Addressing mass media today, on August 3, Postanjyan said Azerbaijan needed at least 15 days to pull such big quantity of arms and armory to the front line, and our intelligence had undoubtedly informed Serzh Sargsyan of those data. "And he did not nothing, since he had a criminal plot. 800ha of the territories the 
Armenian side lost in April could be won back, but it was not done," Postanjyan said.  Raffi Hovannisian, Leader of Heritage Party, in turn, said the militaries that fought in Karabakh this April say Azerbaijan's attack could be prevented, the lost territories could be won back and a counterattack could be launched, if there were relevant orders by the Armenia Forces command.
