Ամերիաբանկը մտադիր է մինչև 2013 թվականի ավարտը ՓՄՁ վարկավորման պորտֆելը հասցնել $ 80 մլն-ի: Այս մասին այսօր Երևանում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է Ամերիաբանկի կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների գծով տնօրեն Գագիկ Սահակյանը:


Նա նշել է, որ սկսած 2013 թվականից Ամերիաբանկն իր գործունեությունը շեշտադրեց ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտների ֆինանսավորման վրա: Ընթացիկ տարվա առաջին 9 ամիսների ընթացքում բանկը ՓՄՁ ոլորտին տրամադրել է $ 64 մլն ծավալով վարկեր, ինչի արդյունքում ՓՄՁ ոլորտում իրականացված վարկային ներդրումների ծավալը տարեկան կտրվածքով կրկնապատկվել է, մինչև $ 73.3 մլն, նախորդ տարվա $ 37,5 մլն փոխարեն:


ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտներին տրամադրված վարկերի թիվը, հաշվի առնելով օվերդրաֆտները, այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերին հասել է 260-ի: Ամերիաբանկի ՓՄՁ ոլորտի վարկային պորտֆելը հիմնականում կենտրոնացած է մայրաքաղաքում, սակայն ֆինանսավորման զգլի ակտիվություն է նկատվել նաև ԼՂՀ-ում: ՙԻնչպես գիտեք, Ստեփանակերտի մասնաճյուղը տեղափոխվել է սպասարկման ավելի ընդլայնված և հարմարավետ գրասենյակ՚, - հիշեցրել է նա:


Ըստ բանկիրի, Ամերիաբանկն իրեն դիրքավորում է որպես ունիվերսալ բանկ, բայց առայժմ հիմնականում սպասարկում է կորպորատիվ հաճախորդներին և կորպորատիվ վարկավորման հատվածում հանդիսանում է անվիճելի առաջատար: Միևնույն ժամանակ, բանկն առաջատար դիրքեր է պահպանում նաև խոշոր կորպորատիվ վարկերի ծավալով և պատրաստվում է մինչև այս տարվա վերջն այդ պորտֆելը հասցնել $ 300 մլն-ի: Սակայն բանկն ավելի պահպանողական մոտեցում է ցուցաբերում խոշոր վարկերի տրամադրման գործընթացում, ուստի այս հատվբածի ֆինանսավորման տեմպերի աճը կտրուկ չի փոփոխվել: Ընթացիկ տարվա առաջին 9 ամիսների ընթացքում տրամադրել է $ 157.5 մլն-ի խոշոր վարկեր:
Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության` Հայաստանի Բանկերի ֆինանսական վարկանիշի, 2013 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ին Ամերիաբանկի ակտիվները կազմել են 296.6 մլրդ.դրամ, տարեկան աճը` 23 %: Այս ցուցանիշով բանկն առաջին տեղում է շուկայում: Բանկի ընդհանուր կապիտալը կազմել է 39 մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան աճը` 8.7%, այս ցուցանիշով տեղ գրավելով առաջատարների հնգյակում: Բանկի պարտականությունները հասել են 257,6 մլրդ դրամի, տարեկան աճը` 25.3 % (1 տեղ): Վարկային ներդրումները կազմել են 162,6 մլրդ դրամ (գտնվում է առաջատարների հնգյակում):


2011 թվականի նոյեմբերից ՙԱմերիաբանկի՚ ՓԲԸ հիմնական բաժնետերն է Ամերիա խումբը` 99.99 %: Բանկն ունի 9 մասնաճյուղ, որոնցից հինգը գտնվում են Երևանում և մեկական մասնաճյուղ Քաջարանում, Դիլիջանում, Վանաձորում և ԼՂՀ-ում:
