ՀԿԵ-ն պատրաստվում է 2014 թ. արդյունավետ աշխատանքին

 Ալեքսանդր Ավանեսով. «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Վիկտոր Ռեբեցը դեկտեմբերի
27-ին կայացած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ամփոփեց 2013 թվականի արդյունքները՝
նշելով առաջիկա ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև պարգևատրեց մեծ ձեռքբերումներն արձանագրած
աշխատողներին:


 


«Առաջին
հերթին ցանկանում եմ նշել 2013 թվականին երկաթուղու կյանքում  տեղի ունեցած առավել ակնառու իրադարձությունները:
Այս տարի մենք ավարտել ենք Գյումրու երկու խոշոր հանգույցների վերակառուցումը՝ հանդիսավոր
կերպով բարձրաստիճան հյուրերի ներկայությամբ շահագործման հանձնելով լոկոմոտիվային ու
վագոնավերանորոգման դեպոները: Շահագործման է հանձնվել նաև Թումանյան կայարանն, իսկ
աշնանային զննումը ցույց տվեց կայարանի աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը: Այս տարի առաջին
անգամ մենք նշեցինք Երկաթուղայինի օրը Գյումրիում, ինչը քաղաքի բնակիչներին ու Գյումրու
երկաթուղային հանգույցի աշխատողներին թույլ տվեց ոչ թե տոնակատարությունների հյուրեր,
այլ ընդունող կողմ լինել: Այդ տոնի ժամանակ Գյումրիում բացվեց նաև երկաթուղային տեխնիկայի
թանգարանը», - նշեց գլխավոր տնօրենը:


 


Վառ իրադարձությունների շարքում Վիկտոր Ռեբեցը նշեց նաև անցումն
աշխատանքի խրախուսման նոր համակարգին, Գործնական վարվելակարգի կանոնակարգի ընդունումը,
համազգեստի ներդրումը, ԱՊՀ երկրների երկաթուղային վարչությունների փոխադրումների տնտեսությունների
ղեկավարների խորհրդակցության անցկացումն Երևանում:


 


Ինչպես նշեց Ընկերության ղեկավարը, ՀԿԵ բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալը
2013-ին կազմել է 3,3 մլն տոննա, ինչը 4,3%-ով պակաս է անցյալ տարվա ցուցանիշից: Վիկտոր
Ռեբեցն ընդգծեց, որ երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումների նվազումը մեծ մարտահրավեր է ընկերության
համար, և ՀԿԵ-ն աշխատում է նման երևույթները հարթեցնելու ուղղություններով:


 


Միևնույն ժամանակ գլխավոր տնօրենը նշեց, որ երկաթուղու աշխատանքի
որակական ցուցանիշները ցուցադրում են բարելավման միտումներ: Մասնավորապես դա վերաբերում
է վագոնի մեկ բեռնատար գործողության տակ գտնվելու, տրանզիտային վագոնի պարապուրդի ցուցանիշներին:
Նաև 4,2%-ով աճել է լոկոմոտիվի արտադրողականությունը, 6,6%-ով՝ լոկոմոտիվի վազքը,
8,5%-ով կամ 2,5 կմ/ժամում աճել է տեղմասային արագությունը, իսկ վագոնի շրջանառությունը
կրճատվել՝ մինչև 3,1 օր:


 


Անդրադառնալով գնացքների երթևեկության գրաֆիկին՝ Վիկտոր Ռեբեցն ընդգծեց, որ թեև միգազգային, մերձքաղաքային և բեռնատար գնացքների գրաֆիկները  համապատասխանաբար կազմում են 96,4%, 99,1% և 98,3%, այնուամենայնիվ պետք է ձգտել բացարձակ 100% ցուցանիշի:


 


«Բավարարվածությամբ կարելի է նշել, որ երկաթուղայինների միջին ամսական աշխատավարձը կազմում է 196,348 դրամ, ինչը 9.4 % գերազանցում է 2012 թ. ցուցանիշը: Երկաթուղայինների աշխատավարձի աճի տեմպերը գերազանցում են երկրի տնտեսության ու պետական հատվածի բնագավառում նման ցուցանիշները: Ընդ որում, աշխատանքի արտադրողականությունը բարձրացել է 8.8%-ով», - ասաց ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենը:


 


Ինչ վերաբերում է գնացնքների անվտանգ երթևեկության հարցին, ապա ՀԿԵ ղեկավարն ընդգծեց, որ 2013 թ. աշխատանքների խոտանի նվազեցման միտումը ոչինչ է՝ համեմատ 3 խոշոր վթարների՝ հանձնարարելով աշխատանքներ տանել այդ ուղղությամբ:


 


2014 թ. առաջին ամսվա առաջադրանքների շարքում գլխավոր տնօրենը նշեց մասնավորապես ներդրումային ծրագրի իրագործումն, ընկերության շահութաբերության ապահովումը, փոխադրումների պլանի կատարումը:


 


Խորհրդակցության ավարտին Վիկտոր Ռեբեցը «Բարձր էթիկայի և տեխնոլոգիայի  ձեռնարկություն» կոչումը շնորհեց ուղևորափոխադրումների տնօրինությանը, իսկ տարվա լավագույն գծային-կայարանային միավորումը հայտարարվեց Գյումրու ԳԿՄ-ն: Տարվա լավագույն կայարաններն՝ ըստ ղեկավարի, ճանաչվեցին Վանաձորը, Կարմիր բլուրը և Զոդը:


 


Երկաթուղայինների մի մեծ խմբի տոնական մթնոլորտում շնորհվեց շնորհակալագրեր և պատվոգրեր՝ աշխատանքում հաջողությունների և բարեխիղժճ աշխատանքի համար, տրվեցին դասային աստիճաններ:


 


Նշենք, որ «ՀԿԵ» ՓԲԸ-ն հանդիսանում է «Ռուսական
երկաթուղիներ» ԲԲԸ-ի 100% դուստր ընկերություն և իրականացնում է «Հայկական
երկաթուղիներ» ՓԲԸ-ի կոնցեսիոն կառավարումը: Համաձայն 2008 թ. փետրվարի 13-ին
Երևանում կնքված պայմանագրի՝ կոնցեսիոն կառավարման ժամկետը կազմում է 30 տարի,
կողմերի փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ ևս 10 տարի երկարացման իրավունքով:
