Serzh Sargsyan appoints Movses Hakobyan as Deputy Head of Armenian Armed Forces General Staff

 President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has appointed Lt.  General Movses Hakobyan as Deputy Head of Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, the president's press-office said. 

Sargsyan dismissed Lyova Mnatsakanyan from the given post. It is widely rumored that Mnatsakanyan will be appointed as Head of the Nagorny Karabakh Defense Army.
