


Armenian rock band Dorians is preparing for Eurovision Song Contest 2013.
"Dorians will bring good energy and positive to Sweden," Gor Sujyan, lead vocalist of the band, told media on May 3 that. "We are preparing seriously. Our major goal is to get the message of our song Lonely Planet across the footlights. Our song is about humane values," he said.
Head of the Armenian delegation to Eurovision 2013 Gohar Gasparyan said, in turn, that Tony Iommi, Black Sabbath guitarist, who composed the song Lonely Planet for Dorians, will shortly call on his fans to vote for Armenia at the contest. An interview with the legendary guitarist will be published on the official website of Eurovision Song Contest soon.
Armenian rockers will perform in a minimalist style: without decorations or back dancing on the scene. In addition, Dorians will appear in a new image created by stylist Armen Galyan. Talking to ArmInfo, Galyan revealed some secrets. He said that the band will be dressed in the right 'rock style' taking in account all the fashion trends.
To recall, Dorians will perform at Amager Bio Club in Copenhagen on May 10. Armenia will be the 11th in the second semifinal of Eurovision Song Contest 2013. The contest will be held in Malmo, Sweden, on May 14-18. The second semifinal is scheduled for May 16.
