Ընդդիմադիր գործիչ. ՀՀ կառավարության կենացները քաղցրանում են

 Եթե ՀՀ կառավարության նախորդ ծրագիրը կենացների ժողովածու էր, ապա ներկայիս ծրագրի մասին կարելի է միայն մեկ բան ասել`կենացները քաղցրանում են: Այդ մասին մայիսի 21-ին խորհրդարանում հայտարարել է ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ալեքսանդր  Արզումանյանը:

Նա նշել է, որ ներկայիս ծրագրում ուրախացնում է մեկ բան. ըստ երևույթին, այն  խմբագրել է մեկ մարդ, քանի որ վառ արտահայտված հակասություններ դրանում չկան: Արզումանյանը նշել է, որ չնայած դրական տարրերի առկայությանը`ծրագիրը նախընտրական է: Այստեղ ավելի շատ էմոցիաներ են, քան տրամաբանություն՚,- հայտարարել է Արզումանյանը`ավելացնելով, որ երեկ խոսվել է հասարակության գիտակցության մեջ հեղափոխություն կատարելու մտադրության մասին: ՙԲայց դուք միսիոներ չեք, որ եկել եք հասարակությանը լուսավորելու, այնպես որ` սկսեք ձեզանից՚,- նշել է ընդդիմադիր գործիչը:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ ծրագրում նշվում ենք նպատակները, բայց չեն նշվում, թե ինչպես դրանք պետք է ձեռքբերվեն, ինչ ցուցանիշներ պետք է սպասել որոշակի ժամանակաշրջանի ավարտից հետո: ՙՊետության գործառույթների մեջ չպետք է մտնի աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը, խորհրդային ժամանակներում նույնպես ստեղծվել են աշխատատեղեր, բոլորն աշխատանք ունեին, բայց ի՞նչ ստացանք արդյունքում՚,- հայտարարել է նա`նշելով, որ աշխատատեղերի, նոր ձեռնարկությունների ստեղծումը պետք է կարգավորվի շուկայով: ՙԵկեք պարզենք, թե որ ոլորտներում են գործում մոնոպոլիաները, հեռացնենք դրանք վիրահատական ճանապարհով, և շուկան կսկսի աշխատել՚,- հայտարարել է Արզումանյանը:

Արզումանյանի զարմանքն են հարուցել նաև ծրագրի`արտաքին քաղաքական նպատակների վերաբերյալ դրույթները: ՙԱյստեղ կան բոլորը`թե’ ԱՊՀ-ն, թե’ ՀԱՊԿ-ն, բայց, չգիտես ինչու, չկա ՆԱՏՕ-ն: Եթե նշվում է ֆրանկոֆոնիայի կազմակերության մասին, ապա արժեր և ՆԱՏՕ-ն նշել՚,--ասել է Արզումանյանը: Բացի այդ, նշել է Արզումանյանը, ծրագրում նշվում է, որ Հայաստանը ջանք կգործադրի ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման և միջազգային ճանաչման ուղղությամբ: ՙԴա նշվում է մի երկրի կառավարության ծրագրում, որտեղ մերժվել է պոնտացի հույների ցեղասպանության ճանաչման նախաձեռնությունը, երկրի, որը, Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից բացի, որևէ ցեղասպանություն չի ճանաչել՚,-ընդգծել է Արզումանյանը:
