Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի հարազատները կարող են Հայաստան նրա արտահանձնման գործընթաց սկսել: Այդ մասին ԱրմԻնֆո-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի բռնությունների կանխարգելման վարչության պետ Երանուհի Թումանյանցը:


Նա նշել է, որ նախօրեին Հարությունյանի հարազատների և փաստաբանների հետ քննարկվել են Հայաստան նրա արտահանձնման հարցերը: ՙՍկզբում պետք է արտահանձնման ցանկության վերաբերյալ դիմում գրվի Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արդարադատության նախարարներին, ինչից հետո գործընթացը կսկսվի: Եթե խոչընդոտներ չլինեն, Հարությունյանը կշարունակի պատիժը կրել հայրենիքում՚,-հայտարարել է նա`ավելացնելով, որ Օմբուդսմենի գրասենյակը կշարունակի աջակցել Հարությունյանի ընտանիքին:  


Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանը նոյեմբերի 25 անփոփոխ է թողել Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի դատավճիռը: Վերջինս Պոդոլսկի մոտակայքում բեռնատարով բախվել էր ավտոբուսին, ինչի հետևանքով 18 մարդ էր մահացել: Նշենք, որ Մոսկվայի Տրոիցկի շրջանային դատարանը Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին դատապարտել է 6 տարի և 9 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման:
