David Harutyunyan: Serzh Sargsyan is not going to become Speaker or Prime Minister following constitutional reforms

During the July 16 meeting of the Council of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said that he is not going to become Speaker of the Parliament or Prime Minister following the constitutional reforms, Minister David Harutyunyan, Head of the Armenian Government Administration, told journalists after the meeting. "So, the President has upended the assumption that he is solving the problem of power retention by means of constitutional reforms," said Harutyunyan.
