Yerevan Court sentences Avetik Chalabyan to imprisonment for 1 year 11 months 5 days

ArmInfo. The Yerevan Court  of General Jurisdiction, chaired by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan,  issued a verdict against the social and political figure, coordinator  of the Hayaqve initiative Avetik Chalabyan.

The court decided to imprison Avetik Chalabyan for a period of 1 year  11 months and 5 days. In addition, the Court also prohibited him from  participating in meetings and other public events, as well as  changing his place of residence without the consent of the competent  authority supervising his behavior.
