


ArmInfo.Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan met with United States Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Todd Robinson, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Assistant Administrator Erin McKee, and Director of the IMF's Middle East and Central Asia Department Jihad Azour.
According to the press service of the government of the Republic of Armenia, in the US State Department Grigoryan and Robinson exchanged views on the ongoing democratic reforms in Armenia, in particular, in the field of police and the judiciary. Both sides noted the high level of the Armenian-American cooperation in these areas.
At the Grigoryan-McKee meeting, the parties emphasized effective cooperation. The interlocutors discussed the possibilities of deepening cooperation in various fields.
Mher Grigoryan and Jihad Azour discussed the latest world and regional economic events, as well as the economic prospects of Armenia in the context of current global challenges. The implementation of the IMF Reserve Program and the planned reforms was touched upon.
