ArmInfo. Russia has not  changed its position on the status of Nagorno-Karabakh, like other countries, the belonging of this territory has been determined for a  long time by the resolutions of the Security Council, press secretary  of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"The belonging of this territory is determined by the relevant  resolutions of the Security Council quite long ago. This is all  indicated in the resolutions of the Security Council. Russia has not  changed anything.  Actually, not a single country has changed," said  Peskov, answering the question of whether Russia's attitude has  changed on the status of Karabakh after the war and the agreement  between the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and the Russian  Federation.  And President (Vladimir) Putin said that Karabakh itself  was not recognized, it was not recognized even by Armenia itself.  President Putin spoke about this," the Kremlin spokesman recalled.
