Armenia filed an application to the ECHR on the application of an  emergency measure against Azerbaijan due to missing citizens

ArmInfo. Armenia has submitted an application to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on the application of an emergency measure against Azerbaijan because of 10 missing citizens on the Goris-Shushi road.

The representative of Armenia to the ECHR  Yeghishe Kirakosyan announced this. According to the source, the  statement expresses a demand for Azerbaijan to ensure the right of  these citizens to life and refrain from inhuman treatment of them.

To recall, earlier it was reported about the disappearance and  capture of 6 citizens of Armenia. Two of them disappeared in early  November, on the road to Artsakh with a cargo of humanitarian aid.  Four more were captured by the Azerbaijani side after the armistice.
