IC: Captured Syrian mercenary Muhrab Muhammad al-Shkher arrested

ArmInfo. The captured mercenary from Syria Muhrab Muhammad al-Shkher was arrested. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.  According to the source, criminal cases have been initiated against  the latter on 384 (Aggressive war - Ed.), 34-390 (Serious violations  of international humanitarian law during armed conflicts - Ed.), 395  (Mercenary - Ed.). The preliminary investigation of the case is  ongoing.

Note that al-Shahir was captured yesterday, and another mercenary  from Syria, Mhrab Muhammad Al Shhair, was also captured. During  interrogations, both admitted that they had been transferred from  Syria to Azerbaijan to participate in military operations in Artsakh  against the Armenian side.
