According to him, during one of the searches, Minasyan's old computer  was found. <Files have been deleted. But our IT specialists restored  the files - about 9 thousand pieces, which provide information about  everything. To whom Minasyan gave how much money, from whom how much  money he received, from whom he took what and how, falsified the  election results, with the help of whom, by what tricks, how he  bought it. The main thing is with a full list of property, offshore  accounts and companies>, the deputy said.  Recall that the son-in-law  of ex-President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, Mikael Minasyan, was  prosecuted as a defendant in a criminal case on illicit enrichment,  money laundering and the inclusion of false data in the income  statement. As a preventive measure against him, an arrest was chosen.  There is no exact information regarding his current location;  Minasyan himself previously via Facebook reported the initiation of  more than 10 criminal cases against people related to him and his  family. Last fall, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called on Minasyan  to return to his homeland and answer questions from the Special  Investigation Service. In particular, it was about illegal, as the  prime minister noted, privatization of a strategic object in the Lori  region. According to media reports, this object is the Dzoraget  hydroelectric power station (<Dzora hydroelectric station>). In the  criminal case regarding the "Dzor HES", the ex-head of the RA Defense  Ministry Seyran Ohanyan, who is suspected of embezzlement in the  amount of 1,046,400,000 drams, is being accused.

Earlier, the RA State Revenue Committee reported that Minasyan's  accusations were supplemented with new episodes related to the  purchase of 49% of the shares of Spayka LLC and the concealment of  this information during the preparation of the declaration. In this  regard, it was decided to supplement the decision to attract Minasyan  as an accused, and the latter was involved as an accused in part 1 of  article 310.1 of the RA Criminal Code (two episodes), in part 2 of  article 314.3 (four episodes) and in paragraph 1 of part 3 of article  190.
