The Karabakh issue cannot be resolved in one week or even in one year, if someone thinks so, it means that he has no real idea about the Nagorno-Karabakh  issue, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with NG, responding to Baku's allegations that the Armenian side delays the solution of the problem.

''At the joint meeting of the Security Councils of Nagorno-Karabakh  and the Republic of Armenia on March 12, I said that we are proposing  a peace agenda to Azerbaijan, and not a war agenda. We must work  together to solve this problem. If we do not work together on this,  then we will never have a solution, even by military means, because  by military means it is impossible to solve the problem, it can only  be aggravated, " Pashinyan said, reiterating that it is impossible to  resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict without Nagorno-Karabakh.

According to him, the agenda proposed by him is rather unexpected not  only for Azerbaijan, but also for the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk  Group.

"It takes time for us to discuss all the details in a working  atmosphere. I think that during this year both the Azerbaijani  authorities and the Minsk Group co-chairs were convinced that we  really want to resolve this conflict, really want to reach a peace  agreement, all our proposals are not aimed at delaying the process,  they are aimed at solving the problem, at achieving concrete steps in  this direction. We need to prepare our societies for peace, not war.  I will not get tired of repeating that any solution to the  Nagorno-Karabakh problem should be acceptable to the Armenian people,  the people of Nagorno-Karabakh and the people of Azerbaijan.  Unfortunately, we have not yet heard a similar statement from the  Azerbaijani side. When in Baku they declare that the solution of the  problem should be arranged by both the Azerbaijani and Armenian  people, then we can talk about a breakthrough in the negotiation  process, "Pashinyan said.

Speaking about the possibility of concessions in the Karabakh  settlement, Pashinyan said that it is wrong to ask only one of the  parties.
