ArmInfo.On February 20, the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on European Integration Arman Yeghoyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Armenia Johannes Daumu.As the press service of the parliament reports, during the meeting the interlocutors touched upon the process of ratification of the Agreement on a Comprehensive and Expanded Armenia-EU Partnership.
The ambassador assured that the process is progressing in accordance with the internal procedures established for the ratification of international agreements and there is no delay in this regard.The chairman of the commission said that the full application of the agreement will begin immediately after the final approval of the roadmap.A keen exchange of views on the process of liberalizing the EU visa regime for the citizens of Armenia also took place.The parties noted the important role of the Armenian community of the Netherlands, the planned joint programs.
