ArmInfo. Russian citizens living on the territory of Armenia will be able to cast their votes in the elections to State Duma of the 7th convocation, the press-service of the Russian Embassy to Armenia has told ArmInfo.
According to the information all the citizens of Russia who are 18 year old and older living permanently or temporarily in Armenia can cast votes. Russian passport for travel abroad or a substituting document is needed to be included in the list of voters.
To note, elections to the State Duma of Russia will be held on September 18. More than 360 polling stations will be opened in 145 foreign countries. Due to this Russian citizens living abroad as well as tourists will have an opportunity to vote.
