The capture of Artsakh`s military-political leadership damaged the  Kremlin`s reputation - Levon Kocharyan

ArmInfo. The capture of the military-political leadership of Artsakh has damaged Moscow's reputation worldwide. Levon Kocharyan, a member of the parliamentary faction , stated this in a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly on January 20. He was responding to a question  about why, in his opinion, Russian President Vladimir Putin allowed  the capture of the former leadership of Artsakh. Despite the presence  of peacekeepers in the region and assurances of safety from the  Russians, these officials were ultimately captured.  Levon Kocharyan noted.

This was stated by the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan on January 21 in a conversation with journalists in  parliament, touching upon the approval by the Armenian Cabinet of  Ministers of the draft law <On launching the process of joining the  European Union>.
