This was stated by the head of the office of the  second president of Armenia Bagrat Mikoyan, in response to a statement made by the MP from the ruling Civil Contract party, Arusyak Julhakyan.

ArmInfo About 180 bloggers in Armenia were funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), as noted  by Stanford University professor Artur Khachikyan.  "Attention, attention: recent information reveals that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has sponsored about 180 bloggers in Armenia, totaling  $20 million (US$20,000,000) per year. How do you like this democracy? How do you like this corruption?  Manipulating public opinion in another country  and leading to a catastrophe," the political scientist posted on his  Facebook page.

ArmInfo. Radical Islamists attacked an ancient Armenian church in the capital of Sudan, Khartoum, looting and destroying it from the inside. This was  reported by the well- known blogger Alexander Lapshin, citing the  Armenian journalist Vadim Harutyun.

ArmInfo.  The proceeds from the charity concert "Symphonic Rock for Children's Health" amounted to over 45 million drams and will be used to treat children with serious illnesses.

ArmInfo.  The case of the former mayor of Yerevan, former Minister of Transport of Armenia Gagik  Beglaryan, accused of embezzling 27 real estate units worth 2 billion 327 million drams, has been sent to court, the Anti-Corruption Committee reports.

ArmInfo. Converse Bank has started the primary placement of the next registered coupon dollar bonds in the amount of $10 million. This is noted in the Bank's message, which indicates that the placement of bonds of this issue will be carried out both through the Converse Mobile platform and  through the bank's branch network.

ArmInfo. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved a motion to recognize April 24  as Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day within the county. As reported by the Pasadena Now website, the Armenian Genocide took place between 1915 and 1916, when millions of Christians in the Ottoman Empire were  displaced. According to the Encyclopedia of the Holocaust, as many as 1.2 million people were killed. Los Angeles County is  now home to the largest Armenian diaspora outside of Armenia.

ArmInfo. The police is one of the most important pillars of the state, and the attitude towards  them has always been appropriate. This was stated by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in his speech at the ceremonial meeting dedicated to the 107th anniversary of the RA Police.

ArmInfo.Converse Bank, acting as the underwriter of the debut bonds of the Vardanants Innovative  Medical Center (Arinterlev CJSC), announced the early completion of the public placement of this tranche. As explained in the message of Converse Bank, the tranche issued on April 1 was fully placed on the  primary market by April 11, instead of the originally planned end date of July 1.

ArmInfo. The Armenian government plans to extend the state social program for the people of Artsakh  until July 1, 2025. However, they  will be  reducing the monthly amount from the previous "40 + 10" thousand drams to 40,000 drams, with a subsequent reduction in the number of beneficiaries.

ArmInfo.  Victory Day, celebrated on May 9, is also a day of victory for the Armenian people, as stated by NA Chairman Alen Simonyan in an interview with journalists on April 15, while responding to a question about whether  RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan would take part in the celebrations  in Moscow, especially in light of the European Union's call on EU  candidate countries not to participate in these events.  As the  speaker noted, the Armenian people lost 300,000 people during World  War II, not to mention the participation of Armenians in resistance  movements. The speaker added that some may not like Armenia's stance,  but the country has its own interests in this regard. When asked  about Armenia's absence from such events last year, the NA Chairman  noted that it was inconvenient to participate at that time.  Furthermore, this year marks a jubilee - the 80th anniversary of the  Great Victory.
