ArmInfo.  On June 12, Foreign Minister Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan will participate in the inaugural edition of the "Raisina of the Mediterranean"  conference in  Marseille,  organized for the first time in this format by the  partners from India and France, as reported by the press service of  the MFA of Armenia.

ArmInfo.  Russia shares Azerbaijan's concerns regarding the actions of some forces in  Armenia. Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign  Ministry, made this statement at a briefing on June 11.

ArmInfo.  Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan received the Secretary General  of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, who is in Armenia on an official visit.  As  reported by the PM's office, Pashinyan welcomed Alain Berset's visit  and  highly appreciated the cooperation with the Council of Europe,  emphasizing its role in  enhancing democracy, human rights, and the  rule of law.  The Prime Minister thanked the Council of Europe for  its continued support to democratic reforms  in Armenia.

This was stated by the Minister of Environment Hakob Simidyan on June 11 during the discussions in the RA National Assembly committees on the implementation of the 2024 state budget of the Republic of Armenia.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has already decided for himself that Catholicos of All  Armenians Garegin II has broken his vow of celibacy and demands an explanation from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin about what happens when it turns out that an unmarried clergyman has broken his  vow of celibacy.

ArmInfo. All domestic political  issues, including the plan to remove the Catholicos, were discussed  at a meeting of the  <Civil Contract>. Board.  Arayik Harutyunyan,  Chief of Staff  at Armenian Prime Minster's Office, told journalists  after the meeting. He noted that information on accepting  applications for inclusion in the Coordination Group for organizing  the elections of the new Catholicos of All Armenians,  initiated and  announced today by  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, will be provided  in the near future.

ArmInfo. The so-called "Lavrov  Plan", that is being discussed by many, simply did not actually  exist. The third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan  told journalists about this on June 10th.  According to him,  initiatives, as a rule, came from the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk  Group, who presented a unified stance on various proposals for  resolving the Artsakh issue. By "Lavrov's Plan", the former president  clarified, a modified version of the Kazan document needs to be  considered, which, in turn, was based on the Madrid principles.

ArmInfo.  Everything  happening around the Armenian Apostolic Church aligns with the concept of  'real Armenia"  coined by the current Prime Minister of the Republic  of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. Serzh Sargsyan, the third President of   Armenia, stated to journalists on June 10.

ArmInfo.  There is only one official language in our country - Armenian, and this cannot change under any circumstances. Minister of Education, Science, Culture and  Sports of Armenia Zhana Andreasyan stated this to journalists during  a briefing on June 10, in response to a question about the possible  assignment of a new status to the Russian language in Armenia due to  the ratification of the  International Organization for the Russian  Language's project.

ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is ready to sign a peace treaty with Baku at any cost. The Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC), which he is trying to push aside,  may become an obstacle on this path. Disgraced member of the National  Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hakob Aslanyan made this  assessment in a conversation with journalists on June 10.
