ArmInfo.The publication of the six principles for the settlement of Karabakh conflict by  outgoing US co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Richard Hoagland is in no way connected with yesterday's meeting of the Armenian and Russian leaders Serzh Sargsyan and Vladimir Putin and is not conditioned by the crisis in Russian-American relations. This opinion was expressed  in the conversation with the correspondent of ArmInfo by the vice speaker of the Armenian parliament, press secretary of the ruling Republican Party Eduard Sharmazanov.

During the working visit to Russia in Sochi, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, with whom he discussed issues concerning the agenda of Armenian-Russian relations and cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats. The Armenian leader touched upon the implementation of the agreements reached during his official visit to the Russian Federation in March this year.
