American states of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, New York, Delaware and Michigan have adopted a joint resolution on the centennial of the Armenian Genocide, reports Armenian National Committee of America on its Facebook page.
According to ANCA's message, in the resolution the states recognize and condemn the Armenian Genocide. To note, rallies on the Armenian Genocide centennial have been carried out in several American States these days. Massachusetts has designated April 24 a Day of Victims of the Armenian Genocide. A 130.000 march for justice was held in LA.
44 American states have recognized the Armenian Genocide, yet Washington refuses to act the same way.
