«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը» 20.8 մլրդ դրամով ավելացրել է կանոնադրական կապիտալը` արժեթղթերի հավելյալ թողարկման հաշվին

«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը» 20.8 մլրդ դրամով ավելացրել է կանոնադրական կապիտալը` արժեթղթերի հավելյալ թողարկման հաշվին

«ՎՏԲ Բանկ» ԲԲԸ ամբողջ ծավալով գնել է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ հավելյալ թողարկված արժեթղթերը` 7 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ: Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը հաղորդեցին «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի» մամուլի ծառայությունից, արդյունքում` «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ կանոնադրական կապիտալը կազմել է 20,8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ: «ՎՏԲ Բանկ» ԲԲԸ մասնաբաժինը
«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ կապիտալում մնացել է անփոփոխ` 100%:


Կապիտալիզացիայի մակարդակի բարձրացումը կնպաստի բանկի աճի տեմպերի պահպանմանը և վարկային պորտֆելի ծավալների ավելացմանը, ինչպես նաև մասնաճյուղային ցանցի ընդլայնմանը:


«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը ցուցաբերում է կայուն աճ: 2013թ. Դեկտեմբերի
31-ի
դրությամբ բանկի ակտիվները հասել են 303.6 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի, ինչը 90.5 մլրդ դրամով ավել է 2012թ. արդյունքներից», - հաղորդել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յուրի Գուսևը:


 


«Բանկի կանոնադրական կապիտալի ավելացումը թույլ կտա պահպանել նախորդ տարիների ընթացքում ձեռք բերած աճի տեմպերը և Հայաստանի բանկային հատվածում զբաղեցնել առաջատար դիրքեր ոչ միայն ակտիվ գործարքների ծավալով,
այլ նաև սեփական կապիտալի չափով: Այժմ մշակվում է ՎՏԲ խմբի զարգացման նոր ռազմավարություն, որը կորոշի դուստր բանկերի,
այդ թվում նաև ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի զարգացման հետագա ծրագրերը», - ընդգծել է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի» Խորհրդի նախագահ, ՎՏԲ Բանկ ԲԲԸ ավագ փոխնախագահ, դուստր ընկերությունների դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Միխայիլ Յակունինը:


 


ԱրմԻնֆո ԼԳ պատրաստած «Հայաստանի բանկերի ֆինանսական վարկանիշների»
տվյալներով, «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն»
առաջատար է վարկային ներդրումների ծավալով: Բանկի ակտիվների կառուցվածքում
վարկային պորտֆելին բաժին է ընկել շուրջ 76%.  «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի» վարկային պորտֆելի 61%-ից
ավելին բաժին է ընկնում տնտեսության վարկավորմանը, և շուրջ 39%` մանրավաճառքին`
բացարձակ մեծությունների, համապատասխանաբար, 37% և 33% տարեկան աճով: Տնտեսության
և ֆիզիկական անձանց վարկավորման գծով բանկն առաջատար եռյակում է: Բանկն առաջատար
դիրքեր է զբաղեցնում նաև առևտրի, արդյունաբերության, գյուղատնետսության,
շինարարության, ՓՄՁ և սպառողական վարկավորման գծով: 2013 թվականին
արդյունաբերության և շինարարության հատվածի վարկավորման ծավալները բանկն
ավելացղրել է 2 անգամ, գյուղատնտեսությանը` 85%-ով, առևտրինը` 19%-ով, ՓՄՁ` 52%-ով,
սպառողական վարկավորմանը` 38%-ով: «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն»
առաջատար եռյակում է նաև ժամկետային 
ավանդների գծով`106.5 մլրդ դրամ (կամ ընդհանուր պարտավորությունների
գրեթե 41%)` 2013 թվականին 47% աճով: Ժամկետային ավանդների կառուցվածքում
գերիշխում են ֆիզիկական անձանց միջոցները` շուրջ 80%` բացարձակ մեծության 43%
տարեկան աճով: 2013 թվականին բանկի ընդհանուր կապիտալն ավելացել է  24%-ով, հասնելով 37.5 մլրդ դրամի, իսկ  կանոնադրական կապիտալը կազմել է 13.9 մլրդ դրամ:
2013 թիվը բանկն ավարտել է 4.9 մլրդ դրամ շահույթով, 28%-ով գերազանցելով 2012 թվի
մակարդակը` այդպիսով պահպանելով առաջատար դիրքը նաև այդ ցուցանիշի գծով:



Հիշեցնենք,
որ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն» ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է
դարձել 2004
թ. ապրիլին: Այժմ Ռուսաստանում մեծությամբ երկրորդը հանդիսացող «ՎՏԲ բանկ» ԲԲԸ
տնօրինում է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի» բաժնետոմսերի 100%-ը: Բանկն անփոփոխ
առաջատար է մասնաճյուղային ընդգրկման գծով, որը ներառում է 67 ստորաբաժանում,
որոնցից 44-ը գտնվում են Հայաստանի մարզերում:
