ArmInfo.Special investigative service of Armenia opened a criminal case on the fact of receiving bribe on a large scale by a representative of the judicial system, as well as in the case of bribery and petition for a bribe.

According to special investigative service press service, citizen of  Armenia Ђ.‘. reported that in 2005 his father sold the house and the  plot, which belonged to A.S. Then, it was found that when the  contract of sale was concluded in the contract, an error was found,  and the contract specified other property. Because of this mistake,  the father of the victim was forced to apply to the court to  liquidate the said contract, but his claim was rejected.

Also, A.S reported that an acquaintance of his father, AA, dealing  with entrepreneurial activity, in the summer of 2014 presented this  the judge of the administrative court of Armenia and agreed with the  last, that he for a bribe made a verdict in favor of his friend.

Then the victim's father through A.A. Handed a bribe to the judge,  amounting to 10.000 US dollars.  Subsequently it turned out that of  this amount 3.000 dollars he left to himself, and handed over the  remaining 7,000 to the judge.

Thus, in the case of receiving a bribe on a particularly large scale,  as well as in the case of bribery and the alleged petition for a  bribe, a criminal case was instituted in accordance with A 311, 312,  313 of the Criminal Code. The investigation continues.
