Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the "Strong Armenia" party, has accused the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) of  allegedly supporting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's administration  in its efforts to undermine the Church and the political opposition  over the past year.

ArmInfo. Lilit Galstian, an MP from the opposition Armenia faction and a member of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, has sharply criticized the selective application of international law and the international community's inaction regarding Azerbaijan's aggression against  Artsakh.

ArmInfo. OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu has reportedly pledged to assist Armenian authorities in removing Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II.  This promise was made during a telephone conversation that he believed was with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

ArmInfo.  The potential risks and threats of the American presence on Iran's borders as part of the "Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity" (TRIPP) project  must be fully assessed. Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Khalil  Shirgolami stated this at a press conference in Yerevan on July 8.

ArmInfo.  Sargis Khandanyan, Chairman of the Armenian National Assembly Committee on Foreign Relations and Head of the NA Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly  of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA),  has been re-elected as Chair of the OSCE PA Committee on Democracy,  Human Rights, and Humanitarian Aid. The Armenian parliament's press  service reported this.

ArmInfo. As part of the 15th round of the Human Rights Dialogue, the European Union (EU)  encouraged Armenia to improve detention conditions, including by  addressing the overcrowding in several penitentiary institutions and  expanding the scope of alternative measures to pre-trial detention. 

ArmInfo.  Russia is making a decisive contribution to maintaining peace and stability in  Transcaucasia and considers the conclusion of a legally binding  agreement on the non-use of force between Georgia, Abkhazia, and  South Ossetia a key objective of international discussions on  security and stability in the region. This was stated by Russian  Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin to TASS.

ArmInfo. Armenia is currently not conducting any negotiations with Russia on the TRIPP project. Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan  stated this in a conversation with journalists on July 1.

ArmInfo. During the electoral processes in Armenia, criminal proceedings were opened against 258 people, meaning more than 200 people were in the status of defendants.

ArmInfo. On June 12, the "Strong Armenia" bloc appealed to the Central Election Commission demanding that the results of the June 7 parliamentary elections be  declared invalid.

ArmInfo. The people of Armenia cast their votes in a crucial election for their country's future and, in many ways, for the future of the South Caucasus  region, as noted in a statement issued by a group of European  Parliament members regarding the elections held in the country.

ArmInfo. Approximately 130,000 citizens who participated in the regular parliamentary elections in Armenia on June 7 chose the ruling Civil Contract party under duress, trying to escape personal, financial, social,  psychological, and other issues. This is how the "Country to Live"  party  responded to the preliminary vote count results on its  Facebook page.

ArmInfo. Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Robert Abisoghomonyan received Maria Telalyan, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). The outcomes of the parliamentary elections in the  Republic of Armenia and assessments of the ODIHR observation mission  were discussed.

ArmInfo.The parliamentary elections of June 7, 2026, took place amid widespread violations of the law, repression, violence, violations of all possible and impossible legal and moral norms by the person holding the post of  prime minister, public threats, arrests, and persecution of the  opposition. This is stated in a statement by the Mother Armenia  party.

ArmInfo.  Even OSCE observers have recorded numerous violations during the Armenian parliamentary elections, according to political scientist Artur  Khachikyan, a PhD in Political Science from Stanford University. 

ArmInfo.OSCE/ODIHR observers have issued a lengthy statement on the results of the parliamentary elections in Armenia, held on June 7, assuring that  Armenian Armenia's voters were offered a genuine choice against a  backdrop of direct foreign pressure and uneven campaign  opportunities.
