One of the priorities  of the Armenian Armed Forces today is the replenishment of the Armed  Forces with modern weapons, military equipment and material and  technical means necessary for the army based on the introduction of  modern principles and systems of military command and control, as  well as the establishment of new criteria for enhancing combat  skills.

ArmInfo. Any process that will impede negotiations is unacceptable. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said this in an interview with the "Banadzev" program,  referring to reports on the construction of a new strongpoint of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the direction of Nakhijevan and Yerevan's position on this issue.
