ArmInfo.The head of the Armenian Police, Valeriy Osipyan, acknowledged some omissions of the structure he heads in connection with the fulfillment of the Prime Minister's instructions to "lay all the guards of high-ranking officials on the  asphalt". He stated this on October 4 to journalists, commenting on  Nikol Pashinyan's words that deputy Mihran Poghosyan's behavior may  be due to the fact that the security forces didn't cope very well  with "instructing certain oligarchs and their bodyguards to lay on  asphalt".

ArmInfo. The Special Investigation Service of Armenia accused the former commander of the Armenian Police, former deputy chief of the Police of Armenia,  lieutenant- general of the police Levon Yeranosyan. As his lawyer  Tigran Safaryan told ArmInfo, Yeranosyan does not plead guilty.

ArmInfo.  On the fact of  abuse authority in the Agency for Water Management (WRMA) of the  Ministry of Nature Protection of Armenia, a criminal case has been  raised  in the Main Investigation Department of the most important  cases of the Investigative Committee of Armenia in accordance with  the first part of Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code.

ArmInfo. The Vice Speaker  of the Armenian Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov made a statement  regarding the latest developments on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border,  in Azerbaijan and Armenia.  In the statement of Sharmazanov, in  particular, it is noted: "While in Armenia we continue to divide the  society into our own and others', black and white, Turkey and  Azerbaijan intensified their efforts towards consolidating around the  ideas of pan-Turkism, as evidenced by the escalation on the  Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the more assertive statements of  Aliyev and Erdogan made during the 100th anniversary of the  "liberation" of Baku. Aliyev once again voiced the thesis - "one  nation, two states", stressing that Turkey and Azerbaijan should  consolidate their fight against a single enemy, moreover, he stressed  that the more powerful Turkey will be, the stronger Azerbaijan will  be. Erdogan surpassed him, and, contrary to all international legal  norms, stated that Turkey will continue the blockade of Armenia until  the territories controlled by the Armenian side are returned. I think  that the international community and the authorized structures should  assess these statements of the leaders of the two countries, as well  as the escalation of the situation on the Armenian- Azerbaijani  border. Further silence of the international community will lead to  an even more aggravated situation. "
